In 2023, I was introduced to a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) brokerage who had a client reach out for their assistance in navigating the issues surrounding charitable gifts of CRE. As many in this important space know, the complexity and risk that comes along with accepting these gifts of CRE, make it extremely difficult for charities to tap into this prime fundraising resource.
Following many discussions, we formed a strategic alliance and have now developed the most innovative process known to the charitable gift giving world regarding CRE, by simplifying it and completely eliminating the risks.
